In the LoB forum we were discussing a Legend of Bill card game, and our very own colorist extraordinaire, the wizard Don Kuehn, made this mock card to show us what a LoB card could look like… BRILLIANT! I HAD to share. Thanks, Don!! I think this is a card every player will need to have in their deck!!

Snarfquest meets Legend of Bill Part 2 by Larry Elmore!!
by David Reddick on April 25th, 2010I am proud to unveil the 2nd drawing (of 3) by Legendary fantasy artist Larry Elmore, of Snarf meeting now only Bill this time, but Princess Gina! I’m sure you all remember Snarfquest from Dragon Magazine back in the 80′s, not to mention Larry’s legendary TSR/D&D work, DragonLance work, and a plethora of other fantasy art. I’m just busting at the seams to show you artwork from this master of our belovedly stupid barbarian, Larry’s own Snarf, and the buxomly barbaric Princess Gina!
Gosh, when I get excited, I tend to unleash into a little bit of alliteration.
BIIIIG THANKS to Larry Elmore for this, and wait ’til you see the THIRD drawing! Woot woot!!

I’m starting to think the neurotic barwench and Sir Lance might be a better match…

Holy smokes – the gang’s all here! Open your eyes, people!
I have to admit I had a BLAST drawing panel 2 (and Don had a blast coloring it, right, Don?) lol
Next Episode! Thursday, March 11th – mark your calendars! Sketchblog updates daily! (like today even!)
