Hi gang! This week’s AWESOME Fan Art Friday is a drawing of the Dark Queen by my great friend Gisele Legace of Menage a 3! We did an art/book swap (Gisele, I SWEAR I’ll be mailing yours SOON!!) and she so kindly did an excellent original drawing in ink on board of the Dark Queen Vasheeva – the DQ never looked so good! And if you haven’t checked out Menage a 3, or Penny & Aggie, or her other fantatic work, do yourself a favor and start here and GO FOR IT! Note: I have two EXCELLENT Legend of Bill works of art here, by a couple of the most talented FEMALE cartoonists I know, a guest strip by Casey Bug above, and this DQ drawing by Gisele Legace. I’ve noted this before, that I am so proud of the strong female readership, along with male, of LoB, but also the phenomenal FEMALE CARTOONISTS we have here on the interwebs doing comics. You don’t see this kind of awesome diversity balance in the newspapers, I’ll tell you that! And if you scroll down further below, you will see an AWESOME Dark Queen drawing by my good friend Yvianna “Zak” Hernandez, to boot! See what I mean? Sound off if you agree! YES!
