There’s been some fun and interesting speculation on the comments of the current strip. Who do YOU think the mystery woman is from Bill’s past? The Dark Queen Vasheeva? The mysterious gypsy? Someone else alluded to in past strips? Someone you’ve not met yet? (And while you’re at it, who do you think the gnome is? Bill’s very own watcher Gnome 12? Gnome 13? Another one?) Heehee. FUN!
Over the holidays Don decided to have some fun inking & coloing one of my Dark Queen sketches, and here it is (along with my pencils so you can see the progress and work that went into it compared to the original sketch!)! Awesome work, Don. Love it! 
Don mentioned this in a comments thread recently… I did in fact do a 2-page “Kid Billy” version of LoB about 2 years ago for a special book collection on using comics for literacy called “Reading With Pictures“, and here’s a rough sketch from one of the panels of it. I’ll have to publish this eventually, but until then, you can read it within THIS BOOK!
