Hello Billbarians! I’m glad to see that all is going well at the Wet Gill Tavern. Thought I’d drop by for a pint of mead and a quick visit to say hi and let you know what I’ve been up to. As promised, I wanted to update everyone on what’s been going on, I’m sure there are a few of you out there who have been wondering Well, wait no longer as I’ve created my very own webcomic over at Oddlyaroused.com. It chronicles the adventures of a professional Cosplayer by the name of Sonya Crimson! Her adventures are just getting started and they promise to be fun, exciting and full of hilarity. Drop by and check out all the strips at www.oddlyaroused.com and come by the facebook site at Jim Collins Art and like my page. I look forward to seeing some familiar faces! – Jim
Yes Smurfs have returned to the website, as a few of you have noted. We’re working on flushing those little buggers out, but man can they hide in all those little hard to reach places!
I’ve talked with Jason, and we’re going to rerun his latest Barwench Tales again on Saturday because it was posted late and many probably didn’t see it before it got smurfed.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I see a couple of those little blue $!@&+*/ hiding behind the main Heisenberg compensator.
Hi everyone…Jim here.
Some of you might be wondering what happened to me and how come Jason is back on Barwench Tales. Don’t worry, I didn’t fall off the face of the earth. I’ve stepped down from Barwench Tales to work on some things of my own that I’ve had to put on the back burner for awhile. Jason was ready to step back into the saddle and continue telling stories from the Wet Gill Tavern. I didn’t want to say anything till David had a chance to announce all the exciting things that were in the works for Legend of Bill.
I’m excited to see what Jason has in store for Barwench Tales and Kevin and Don are working to finish up the storyline on the main strip and to take Bill, Frank and crew on all new and adventurous exploits. I think we can all agree that it is an exciting time to be an LoB reader.
I’ll still be around from time to time, doing fill ins and sketches and what-not. The entire crew here knows that they can count on me and all they have to do is say the word and I’m here for them. It’s been a fantastic journey for me and I hope that I was able to give some pleasure and enjoyment to some of you out there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading!
In the meantime, I’ll leave you with this pencil sketch of Sarah the Barwench. Enjoy!
