You know, it’s true about dragons. They are SOOO picky about their fire. They never want to do with it what you want them to do with it. So proprietary about it.
Ask ‘em to char up a nice steak, or, say, light a cigar, and they look at you all upset. But jump out from behind the bathroom door with a sword and a shield just one time, and they char you to bits. Does that seem fair to you?
Today’s guest strip comes to us from Frank Page of Bob the Squirrel! Nice job on today’s comic, Frank! And colors – as so often happens – by the incomparable Don Kuehn.
This comic demonstrates why, when I wear my kilt, I make sure there are no squirrels around. Squirrels are always lookin’ for… well, you know.
And then, as always, the Law of Unintended Consequences. Flip a coin, heads or tails, and more often than not, it comes up dynamite. Boom!
Man, David, Eldon and Josh seriously outdid themselves on this one. Maybe we’ll all get to do something like this again one day.
