Glad to see that not all our dwarves are dry lifeless husks. Is it me or does Sam look really happy to have lost a few pounds?

Hi everyone! Don’t worry, I haven’t cancelled the ongoing story to replace it with a new storyline. I’ve been a little busy with things this week and haven’t had a chance to work on the latest strip. So I thought as a little treat that I’d show you the first two panels from the very first Barwench Tales that I sent to David as a sample wayyy back in Jan/Feb. I could have knocked off a quickie to continue with the current storyline, but I felt that would have been unfair to you, the readers. This way I can get a good headstart on the next new chapter and give you a little treat in the process. Till next week, take care! - Jim
New Barwench Tales! I thought it was time that we check in on our dwarves. You’ve probably been wondering what they’ve been up to since the Djinni started her story. It looks like one of them at least dodged a bullet, but what could have drained the life force from them in such a way? Stay tuned and all will be revealed!
Hello patrons! I’ve been on vacation this week and am attending the Toronto FanExpo on Friday, Saturday and maybe Sunday if the back holds out, so Sarah has taken the opportunity to take a little break herself as well. Don’t be frightened by her lack of make-up, her frumpy bathrobe and her hair all up in rollers…She’s just a plain, old-fashioned girl after all. Enjoy this weeks pin-up. If my back doesn’t hold out, I’ll be at home lounging on a bearskin rug with my own Barwench beside me
Sarah learns more from Seeley about the evil menace that threatened the Billverse (threatens still?) and finds out the reason for Seeley and Arataxas residing in our world for as long as they have. The story continues and next week we will find out more about this evil menace that should still be locked away safely in limbo…We hope!
