How did Giles have time to put in a report? Given TGS has had what appeared to be a modern office (with a few primitive trappings thrown in), he probably asked Shiarra for a few seconds and dashed off a quick report on the ol’ cell phone and sent it…
As an aside, who would be good to play Sarah, the Psychotic Waitress?
The same one who played Seven of Nine, the Psychotic Borg. (Aren’t they all?
) When they let Jeri Ryan out of her emotional cage she displayed remarkable range – I don’t think she’d have the least trouble playing Sarah.

Cameron Diaz. She’s hawt, athletic and a spitfire.

Another one would be her Charlie’s Angel Director Drew Barrymore. She can go all whacko in like 3.7 seconds.
I think Drew Barrymore would be a better Sarah, she’s got a bit more of an athletic look to her, where Cameron Diaz is much thinner, more like a marathon runner.
I notice that all our choices are verified or probable ENFPs… like Sarah.
Lunacy combined with potential for berserkitude… rather like Bill, in fact.
Kate Winslet all the way. She has the looks to be Sarah, and think about her attitude as Rita in “Flushed Away”.
Also being English, she can do the authentic archaic overtone.
