This appears to be just typical, flirtatious banter between Fairies and Gnomes. Get a room already, guys! *sheeeesh!*
And, really, no matter how much your time is pinches, there is always time enough for Rule #34.
Side-note: I will now argue cartoon physics and endanger numerous catgirls. We have seen Gnomes that have not enlarged themselves the way Giles has here, and we have seen Fairies sleep in their beard. Thus, the entire discussion about size here is … well. I rest my case. This is nothing more than flirting. And, with such a young Fairy, too, Giles!!
My response: give her my shoulder, and say, “have a seat.”
