   Unless he is truly billzerk in this sketch, I suspect Bill is slicing his dragonburger or cutting kindling to start a campfire. I can visualize Frank quietly sitting off to the side gazing to heaven with a “Why me” expression.

     If he’s cutting a dragonburger, I can picture the restaurant employees scattering in fear in the foreground.

     Actually, that sketch is very similar to one of the action panels in the exclusive LoB mini-graphic tale in the1st comic book. Only in the comic book, Bill is jumping with a sword.
