WOW now i see why david talked about the paradox, so someone went back in time and put the spell on bill when he was a kid and vash spell wasn’t finished now we are seeing the spell come out even more messed up or was that due vash spell’s want complete and now its messing up with the already spell that was casted on him?
Stop. Confused. Back up. WHO put the spell there, then, if it wasn’t the Dark Queen? Did having the Dark Queen’s spell interrupted cause the Billserkness?
