Going into year 4 of LoB (can you BELIEVE it?!), I’ve been thinking how far the story has come, how much deeper the characters have become, and how vast this tale is to me, how much more in the Billverse there is to explore… endless corners of this realm, actually, and how much I love doing this, and love sitting around this big internet table with all of you, as if on a Friday night D&D session, with chips, salsa, more snacks, beer, soda… and just delving deeper into our imaginations and getting lost in the worlds that everyone of us daydreamed about in school as kids while everyone else was concentrating on the next football game or school dance or, *gasp*, HOMEWORK!
Thanks for hanging out with me, with Don and Jason and Kevin and all the rest of us, every week, every day, many of you, and feeding my OWN imagination as Dungeon Master that we may adventure together these endless days further into the realms of chaos and enlightenment.
*group hug!*
Might I also ask you to help spread the word of LoB by using the new sharing functions below the strips or posts and share them in as many ways as you can, often, to bring new readers? Because with new readers hanging out with us, come more SNACKS, and growth of our realm.
P.S. Don and I are hard at work (ok, pretty much Don’s design skills and time, lol) on an LoB 2012 calendar. More on this soon!
HUZZAH!!

*Hugs back We LOVE LOB !!!!!!!!!
*big ole squishy Pixie Bar Wench hug* You guys make the comic special. Not every webcomic has writers/artists that interact with the fans. You guys make it a home.
I just wish LoB appeared more frequently!
and that there were a new dead tree edition I could read away from the screen … hint, hint …
Salamurai,
The story would move along a bit quicker if we did this 3 times a week, but David’s a rather busy guy at the moment (apparently he realllly like drawing cartoons), so we are at the mercy of his schedule.
As far as the print edition goes, be patient for just a little bit more…
Also, look for the LoB 2012 calendar coming very soon!! (Before 2012!!)
While I can’t in all honesty agree with everything that goes on in this genre (or in, ahem, the reactions of some of us to some elements of it), what I love about LOB (and the comments by the artists and readers alike) is how totally wacky everything is. I feel that this is a place where I can let my hair down somewhat. And yet serious themes keep showing up too.
