boy, i am exhausted. i had over 500 words typed, and then … and then … and then … instead printing to forum, the machine burped and i lost my prose.
it was a delightful wicked tangent about the pay scale dave pays his characters and that money was used to pay for bills duds.

i remember one movie. PI was guarding a patient in a hospital room. a nurse comes to give a needle to the patient. PI gives the nurse a round house punch that knocks off her wig, revealing a male dressed as a nurse to assissinate the patient.
he caught her because her cap had the wrong hospital tags for that hospital. this was back in the 40s when nurses uniforms were strict.

LOL love the comments! Yes, Bill had a little money left, but who knows how he got it? I imagine the sale of that sword might have played into it, but then, he’d spend it all on the first gumball machine or a night of debauchery drinking chocolate milk anyhoo. It’s good to be back to Bill & Frank, our intrepid heroes. This is about to get verrrrry interesting. Who likes bullies? I don’t. and neither does Bill! But what about dragons? Hm. Stay tuned!
