Jason Williams brings us another awesome Barwench Tales, featuring Sarah the oh-so-misunderstood barwench!
Tune in tomorrow for Kevin Vassey’s rendition of another awesome episode of The Gnome Syndicate - the Gnome/Fairie stakeout continues!
Then Monday – Legend of Bill returns! BE HERE!

Poor Sarah just can’t get a break. I’ve worked in the ‘food services industry’ before, and sometimes it’s impossible to read a customer’s mood. They’re just determined to be in a bad mood no matter what.
Gotta say, this jester looks more like a reject from a casting call for an ugly stepsister. Dumping a mead out is just plain stupid & wasteful … dumping it on Sarah ..!!! Lucky dude that she didn’t grab a fistfull of his bells crush them ’til they don’t jingle no more. That’s living life over the edge.
Someone’s been working too hard. I’m surprised she’s not trying to kill him.
Whoa. Sarah is the one who ends up losing.
What a concept!
Wow. Put that Jester on Sarah’s “To kill” list!
oooOOOooo….look what he did, he’s gonna get it!
Huh. For once, Sarah isn’t the one flying off the handle. Could the shock of her co-workers wanting to have her killed have made her try to change her ways…?
yeah i think he is one lucky jester, and i have a feeling she has not changed her ways….we will see we will see
thanks for lookin all!
Wow she was trying yo be nice and still gets the poo end of the stick. I know how she feels. Bendito Sarah.
Is that Bullwinkle up on the wall behind her?
oooh mead by the pint
looks like they aren’t going for the repeat customers due to alchohol poisoning
__3Xp4t:__ I see nothing hard to read about this man. There’s simply no dealing with him. Period.
For once I’m on the customer’s side, though. Sarah finally gets a little of her own back. Never mind that it’s undeserved now. It’s what happened previously that makes this so… er, welcome.
Speaking temperamentally, Sarah is a psycho Catalyst and this man is a semi-psycho Improviser (thanks, Dr. Linda Berens). Sarah’s “just gotta be she” and Mr. Jester wants “the freedom to act NOW” and to make an impact.
Best just get the mead, Sarah, with dispatch, and not try to fellowship with him. If he wants your opinion, he’ll beat it out of you.
How’s THAT for reading a customer?
