   You have to wonder just what happened to put that particular expression on Gina’s face. I’ve seen expressions like that before and the causes are never healthy (for the observer, that is).

   This is going to sound all sorts of mean, and I really don’t mean it to, but it looks like she’s got a trash bag tied around her neck.

   That would explain the look on her face, though.
