Over at one of my Roddenberry.com comics Rod & Barry it looks like their reconnaissance mission on Earth may have come to an end. The Supreme Overlord has given the green light on Operation: Destroy Earth. Does this mean all their fun of being entertained by planet Earth is really over? You know, I am amazed and THRILLED at how many awesome female readers we get here at LegendofBill.com. I think it says a lot about webcomics, and (I like to think) Legend of Bill! Not only female READERS, but female COMIC ARTISTS. I absolutely love it. You won’t see such talented diversity on the printed comics page, I tell you! That said, I am absolutely THRILLED at this fan art from my great friend, Tall Tale Features alumni and talent-juggernaut Barb Jacobs of Xylia Tales. Not only is the art just STUNNING, but she captured the Dark Queen beautifully, as well as her wicked personality. THANK YOU, BARB! And remember, I’m looking for Dark Queen Fan Art from YOU, dear reader, for the month of October! October, the month of Halloween, is PERFECT for our evil Dark Queen, and I’d love to see your rendition of her, heck, feel free to put her in a Halloween-like setting! Pumpkins, candy, Halloweeny stuff, maybe even dress her up a bit! (and for the record, she IS part vampire… so you can play with that, too) HAVE FUN with it! Heck, if I receive 31 fan arts, I’ll run ‘em every day the month of October, and as always, I will link to your site if you have a comic as well, and send some Trick or Treaters your way!

Show us your tricks and treats and draw the Dark Queen all spooky and sexy-like, and if I get enough, I’ll run ‘em outside the usual Fan Art Friday and we’ll have some serious Halloween eye “candy” to get us through October!!
