I really enjoy your stuff David. I’ve been reading LOB for a little over a year now. I love your drawing style, your line work, and the subtle things you ad in the backgrounds like today’s, with the signs.
Look’s like Bill has finally been found though, is that Gina I see in the background with Craven. With Bill’s Culture outburst I’m sure they’ve found him….but are they too late, has the Dark Princess found them as well? Will Bill believe Gina in the Dark Princess Body, or will he be swayed by the Dark Princess in Gina’s body…and will I ever be more confused than I was typing that string of questions? Can’t wait to see what lies ahead.

My third thought was that the pair in the background was the Hooded Man and his wife the Girl Named After the Moon. But since you’d have to read my own developing fiction to know what I’m talking about, let us move on…
My second thought I couldn’t place until Landrau was mentioned above.

GREAT comments, gang! Sorry it took me so long to respond… I’ll respond to the rest in a bit, but let me just address the armhair thing – LOL – I actually drew it in and it looked so, um, wacked out that I chose to remove it for design reasons… although I’m sure there’s a perfectly good explaination for it Bill-wise… hm… what would compel Bill to perhaps shave it off? That’s not very barbaric and he’s not a swimmer!
Bars are sort of like McDonald’s regardless of which country or city you are in, they are all basically the same and I suppose in some cases they feel just like home.
Maybe the last time Frank sneezed, it was burned off for good?
Remember, David, from the looks of it Kruell (or whatever that More Barbarian Than Thou dude is named) doesn’t have any nipples or armpit hair either. Presumably both Kruell and Bill are missing them for the same reason.
And, perhaps that reason relates to why the women’s nipples always seem hidden even in outline (unless I’m forgetting something).

Shaving would be barbaric. Did they even invent shaving gel yet? Think of the razor burn he has to endure. Chaffing skin, constant itchiness, the rashes, Bill can take it!
And what does a barbarian shave with? With his trusty axe or giant sword. Would you shave with a giant axe or sword? That’s what makes him a barbarian!
Or maybe he shaved for a practical reason like stopping the smurfs or lawn gnomes from camping out in his armpit.

Now I need to organize a good way of having folks vote on the name since the forums keep hiccupping for many of you guys (which is being looked into) – thoughts?
