A very loose, quick, unfinished and imperfect figure sketch in the sketchbook… I feel drawing all manner of things even outside cartooning helps with my cartooning skills and gives new perspective… sometimes you don’t worry about drawing every detail perfectly… you just capture the impression and move on. One of the reasons I love impressonism in fine art… the notion of capturing the “impression” of the subject, foregoing realistic perfection.
